1 ) Relationships with other agents |
I was previously the branch manager for over 400 agents in the LA market and have relationships with many others based on 17 years of selling and managing brokerage offices. In a competitive environment, the good reputation of the Buyer's agent can be the deciding factor.

2 ) experience based guidance |
Having been a part of over 1,000 multiple offer sales, we know the levers beyond price that work to get our clients the home of their dreams. When we submit our can make as big a difference as what we offer. Only experience can inform those decisions.

3) professional presentation |
Our offer package is presented in a very professional manner. With almost every offer we submit, we hear that our package was the most impressive. We've found that even a little detail can be the big difference maker when the competition is tight.
|
4 ) Pricing analysis |
We provide our Buyers with the competitive market information necessary to have confidence in their offer price and project clear commitment to the property. Sellers often choose the offer they feel is most secure.
