Andrew Pearce was born and raised in the northeast of England. A football/soccer fanatic, he traveled and coached the beautiful game in 42 states across the US. In 2000, he settled in California and continued coaching and working in education in one of the top private schools in Los Angeles.
Andrew purchased his first property back in 2003 and has had amazing success in buying, selling, and leasing real estate in Santa Monica, the San Fernando Valley, and Marina Del Rey. He joined Sotheby's International Realty to further his international reach and provide home sellers with global exposure. Andrew has helped numerous new buyers take their first step on the property ladder and enjoys securing amazing investments for those who want to build a real estate portfolio. Andrew is active in his community in Marina Del Rey/Venice/Santa Monice on the Westside, living there with his wife, Katie, and daughter, Charlotte, with a little brother on the way. He looks forward to being a resource for his clients real estate needs in greater Los Angeles.
